MUCA Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing and using the MUCA platform (the „Service“), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service („Terms“) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
2.1 MUCA provides a platform for users to create, share, and engage with multimedia content, including but not limited to images, videos, audio, and interactive elements.
3. User Conduct
3.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service.
3.2 Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 The content and information on MUCA, including but not limited to texts, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the property of MUCA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without prior written permission from MUCA or the content’s rightful owner.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service („User Content“).
5.2 By posting User Content on MUCA, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with the Service.
6. Account Security
6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
6.2 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
7. Privacy
7.1 Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Service
8.1 MUCA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

9.1 MUCA may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms.
10. Fraudulent Behavior and Referral Rewards
10.1 The campaign organizers reserve the right to remove any participant and their referrals without prior notice if fraudulent behavior is detected.
10.2 Rewards will be given only after validating the referrals of participants.
11. Age Restriction and Campaign Details
11.1 Participants must be 18 years or older to join the referral giveaway pre-launch campaign.
11.2 Open to participants in Switzerland.
11.3 Campaign duration: 22.01.24 – 28.01.24.
12. Referral Rewards
12.1 Participants who refer 5 friends will receive a CHF 5 voucher and a MUCA sticker.
12.2 Participants who refer 10 friends will receive a CHF 10 voucher and a MUCA sticker.
12.3 Participants who refer 25 friends will receive a free MUCA Premium Mushroom Blend.
12.4 Participants who refer 50 friends will receive a 3-month supply (3 packages) of MUCA.
13. Validation and Verification
13.1 Referrals will be validated before rewards are distributed.
13.2 The campaign organizers reserve the right to remove any participant and their referrals without prior notice if fraudulent behavior is detected.
14. Reward Distribution
14.1 Rewards will be distributed till the 31st of January 2024.
14.2 Digital vouchers will be sent via email.
14.3 Physical items, such as stickers, will be shipped to the provided address.
14.4 It is the responsibility of the participant to provide a valid email address and respond to the reward notification email within 7 days of its issuance. Failure to respond within this 7-day period will result in the forfeiture of the reward. No claims will be entertained post this expiration period.
